Social Justice
Throughout its history, St. Mary’s has advocated for social justice, such as establishing its food pantry 60 years ago. Social justice ministries at St. Mary’s include Christian Social Concerns, COPA, I-HELP, Creation Care, and Our Little Roses. We also encourage participation in national and diocesan events and advocacy. Read below for specific events and actions you can take to follow the commandment to love our neighbor.

A Conversation on Hope
Three courageous Episcopal Bishops are featured in this virtual event on April 3.

EPPN Weekly Prayers
The Episcopal Public Policy Network (EPPN) invites us to join in offering the following prayers. We will share new prayers each week, and we will pray for the vulnerable among us who in this moment face particular challenges, fears, and threats. We will name many of the harms unfolding around us and acknowledge some of what is being erased, lost, and threatened.

What Can You Do Now?
The Episcopal Public Policy Network (EPPN) is hosting a Zoom webinar: “What Can You Do Now?” on Tuesday, April 1st, 4:00-5:00pm PDT.
EPPN will offer ideas on how to engage in advocacy in this moment.
