Annual Meeting Recap

On Sunday, February 9, 2025, St. Mary’s held its Annual Parish meeting. Treasurer Kathy Stoner presented an overview of the 2025 budget and the parish elected new members of the vestry and delegates to the convention. See the Annual Report for the budget and for reports from our rector, senior warden and ministry chairs.

Mickey Welsh presented a proposed revision to our bylaws that updates them to be consistent with current diocese canons. Parish members voted to adopt this revision. Senior Warden Roni Portillo offered some reflections about St. Mary’s and expressed gratitude to two vestry members concluding their term, Jackie Frey and Elizabeth McCorkle.

Keely Clifford presented the slate of nominess for vestry and delegates. These nominees were approved by vote of the parish. Congratulations to new vestry members Brita Bruemmer and Roger Miller, and to delegates Don Fennell, Ellen Jahn, Kathy Stoner, and Norah Schramm, with Elizabeth McCorkle as alternate.
